GLOSSMAX PRO high gloss board is a wooden panel with a decorative glossy surface obtained by applying glue and UV acrylic lacquer to the surface of melamine-coated MDF or Particle Board, using an advanced and unique technology, going through various industrial processes. Thanks to Calender Coating Inert technology, a high surface quality and impressive gloss have been achieved with minimized surface effects. With the lacquer applied after the chemical curing of the polymeric glue (hot coating) process, which provides not only physical but also excellent chemical adhesion to the melamine-covered surface, a surface that is much superior to other glossy surfaces is obtained in terms of cutting quality and workability.
